About 400 refugees each year arrive in larger cities like Fargo, where they are gradually reshaping the ethnic and cultural makeup of their adopted hometowns. As VOA’s Kane Farabaugh reports, the transition for refugees in this northern state is not always easy, but some who have overcome adversity are giving hope this holiday season to others around them most in need.
