HOUSTON — Houston police have issued a man a citation after he crashed his vehicle while allegedly having sex.

The three-vehicle accident occurred at the intersection of Scott Street and MacGregor Way, when according to witnesses, the driver crashed into a truck stopped at a red light.

A witness said she saw the driver — who was wearing just a white shirt, white undershirt and boxers without shoes — and a woman described as a prostitute wearing a wig having sex in his car seconds before the accident.

“All of a sudden, he started acting really crazy and driving crazy. She took the wheel, tried to steer it, but they came to that red light and the truck was stopped and (they) rammed into the back of it,” the witness told KPRC. “He got out the car, he started running around, rolling on the ground, hollering, ‘I didn’t do it! Justice!'”

The driver told authorities that he was picking up a “lady friend” when a man with a gun jumped in the backseat of his car. To avoid being shot, he crashed into the truck. The witness said she never saw a gunman.

The prostitute was seen running to a bus stop and fleeing the scene on a bus. Police cited the driver for failure to control speed.
