Russia will not attend 2016 Nuclear Security Summit in Washington
There will be more than 50 nations attending this week’s Nuclear Security Summit in Washington. However, Russia has reiterated it had already decided it would not participate in this year’s talks. Russia has been accused of fencing itself off from direct dialogue with international partners on nuclear safety, at a time of a growing global threat of nuclear terrorism.
