The French satirical weekly “Charlie Hebdo”, itself the target of a terror attack in January 2015, has come under an avalanche of criticism for its front cover depicting the Brussels attacks. A cartoon on the cover features Belgian singer Stromae alongside a caption of his song “Papa où t’es?” (Daddy, where are you?) and blown up body parts in the background.
